OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Mastery Mart Inc. Canada. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mastery Mart Inc. Canada. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence (18 or 19 in Canada depending on the province). You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 3 - PRICING AND TAXES (CANADA)

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Sales tax (HST/GST/PST) will be applied based on the shipping destination within Canada. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

As a merchant-fulfilled seller, we ship orders directly from our distribution center in Ontario, Canada.

  • Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RESTOCKING FEES

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% to 50% for non-defective returns or items returned in non-original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for "Change of Mind" or "Buyer’s Remorse" returns.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Mastery Mart Inc., our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mastery Mart Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
