Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mastery Mart Inc. Canada. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays in Ontario.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all orders from our distribution center in Ontario, Canada.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier peak seasons or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Mastery Mart Inc. ships to addresses within Canada and the USA.

Note: Some over-sized items (e.g., furniture or lighting) may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes. If your address is ineligible, our team will contact you for an alternative residential or business address.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mastery Mart Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Within Canada: Applicable HST/GST will be charged at checkout based on your province.

International (including USA): All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Mastery Mart Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Pro Tip: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos upon arrival if the box appears compromised.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to our Ontario warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost of re-shipping the item.
