Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mastery Mart Canada. We take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Personal care, hygienic, or customized products (unless defective upon receipt).

3. How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at customersupport@masterymart.ca with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges & Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
