Thank you for shopping at Mastery Mart Canada. We take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within this time frame. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility and Condition
To ensure a successful return and full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all inserts, manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts.

Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage caused by the customer may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% to 50%, or may be ineligible for a refund.
3. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Damage: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we shipped the incorrect item, Mastery Mart will provide a Prepaid Return Label.

Requirement: Customers must report damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind): For returns due to personal preference (e.g., "changed mind," "no longer needed," "ordered wrong size/color"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Customers must use a traceable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit to our Ontario warehouse.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Customized or personalized orders.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received at our Ontario Distribution Center, it will undergo a formal inspection.

Inspection: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 4 business days of receipt.

Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
6. Restocking Fees
Please note that for non-defective returns where the original packaging has been opened or damaged, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of inspection and repackaging.
